Last Saturday a colleague invited me to go skydiving with a group that was already organized. All of the details where planned in advance so all I had to do was give money and show up at the jump site.
There are a few skydiving sites in Las Vegas. The site we jumped at was advertising that they have the highest point at 12,799 above ground level.
Skydiving has been on my bucket list of things to accomplish for over the last five years so I decided to make it happen.
The night before skydiving I did some visualizing in my head to imagine what my body would experience.
I was a bit nervous signing my life away with the paperwork, but once I got into the plane it was game on.
I’m definitely going again. If you haven’t jumped before and are thinking about it, I recommend going with a group of friends to share the experience.
After jumping, I feel more alive than ever!
